Combos

As with our traditional deli sandwiches, we use only Boars Head roasts or our own hickory smoked meats, in plentiful portions and unique combinations which set these sandwiches apart from all others.

Philly Dip

Juicy roast beef, topped with sautéed sliced green peppers and red onions, melted provolone cheese, on a butterflied Italian hoagie, served with our own Au jous and horseradish on the side.

Tom's Club

Roast turkey breast, Pepper's hickory smoked bacon, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo doubled up on tripled white or multi - grain toast.

Smokin' Gobbler

Warm thin sliced mesquite smoked turkey, melted smoked Swiss cheese, durkees spread, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, on our multi grain bread.

The Rueben

Warmed corned beef piled high on toasted marble rye, topped with fresh sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, and melted Swiss Cheese.

Texas BLT

Pepper's hickory smoked bacon stacked on toasted Potato Texas Toast, topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, and Chipotle' Mayo.

Combination

Thin sliced roast beef, smoked ham, smoked turkey, hard salami, provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onions, pepperoncini, mayo and spicy mustard on a hoagie.

Tailgater

Our own 5oz. smoked pork butt butterflied bratwurst, served on toasted Potato Texas Toast, topped with Vidalia onion relish and smoked Gouda cheese.

Screwy Schue

Smoked chicken breast, piled high with smoked ham, Pepper's hickory smoked bacon, honey dijon dressing, melted Swiss cheese and topped with our creamy cole slaw on a bun.

Garden Grinder

Fresh shredded Lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers slices, red onions, provolone cheese, sprouts, banana peppers and our own dill spread piled high on multi grain bread.

Loafer

Thick cut half pound slab of our homemade meatloaf, topped with our house cranberry marinade, topped with melted provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, on toasted Potato Texas Toast.
