Slow, smoked BBQ

All our meats are of the highest possible quality, dry rubbed with our own unique dry rubs, and slow smoked over a hickory fire for up to sixteen hours at a time.  Choose from our own line of sauces for additional flavor, or eat it like it is.  No second rate choices here!

Chopped Angus Brisket
The best beef you can buy, smoked for 16 hours, chopped and piled high on a plain egg, onion, or whole wheat bun.  Add red onion or banana peppers for an extra kick
Pulled Pork
Boston Butt (shoulder) smoked for 16 hours, hand shredded and piled high on your choice of plain egg, onion, or whole wheat bun.  Add red onion or banana peppers for an extra kick
 
Pulled Chicken
Boneless skinless chicken breast, smoked until tender, hand shredded and piled high on your choice of plain egg, onion, or whole wheat bun.  Only white breast meat here
 
Lazy Smoker
Lean dry rubbed smoked pork loin, sliced thin and piled high on a plain egg, onion, or wheat bun, topped with melted smoked Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and our Texas style BBQ sauce
 
Lazy Steer
Lean dry rubbed beef loin, sliced thin and piled high on a plain egg, onion, or whole wheat bun, topped with melted cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and our BBQ Peppercorn sauce.
 
Pork Steak
Thick cut twelve ounce steak, dry rubbed and slow smoked, served boneless as a sandwich, or open faced on a piece of Texas Toast.  Add sauce or toppings at your own risk.
 
Chicken Breast
Full half pound boneless skinless breast dry rubbed with our southwest or lemon pepper rubs, served on a plain egg, onion, or wheat bun, with your choice of toppings
Pepper's Burger
Handmade lean half pound smoked, dry rubbed burger, served on a plain egg, onion, or whole wheat bun, with your choice of toppings and sauces
 
Bison Burger
Handmade lean half pound smoked, dry rubbed burger, served on a plain egg, onion, or whole wheat bun, with your choice of toppings and sauces
 
Half Chicken
Dry rubbed with our own special poultry rub, open faced on Potato Texas Toast, and served with one of our great sauces
 
Baby Back Ribs
No spare ribs here!  Consisting only of the best loin meat dry rubbed with our unique rib rub, slow smoked for hours for fall off the bone tenderness, served on Texas Toast with your choice of sauces
